What age is appropriate for this course?
This course is designed for ages 10-16 (Grades 5-10). The curriculum progressively introduces concepts, starting with creative tools and advancing to coding and APIs for older students.
What AI tools will my child use?
Students use age-appropriate tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Suno (music), ElevenLabs (voice), and more. All tools are used with proper safety guidelines and supervision.
Is this about using AI or building AI?
Both! Beginners focus on using AI tools creatively. Intermediate and Advanced levels introduce coding with AI, using APIs, and building AI-powered applications. Students progress from consumers to creators.
How do you teach responsible AI use?
AI ethics is woven throughout the curriculum. Students learn about AI bias, misinformation, copyright, and responsible creation. The Intermediate level includes a dedicated ethics module and quiz.
Can my child take just one level?
Yes! Each level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) can be taken independently. However, we recommend the complete program for comprehensive AI literacy. Students receive a certificate after each level.
What comes after completing all 3 levels?
Graduates are prepared for our Python Advanced course where they can apply AI in data science, or explore specialized tracks like AI Art, AI Music Production, or AI Game Development.
What device/software is needed?
A laptop or desktop with internet access. All AI tools used are web-based or free. Some tools have age restrictions requiring parental consent, which we’ll coordinate during enrollment.
