Culture at iCodejr
People First. Performance Always.
We’re building something meaningful. Here’s how we do it together.
We are building a fast-growing EdTech startup, and that means we care deeply about the people who build it with us. We support our team through challenges, give them autonomy over micromanagement, and respect their time, effort, and honesty.
At the same time, we have zero tolerance for laziness, excuses, or lack of ownership.
This is a place for people who want to grow, contribute, and take responsibility.
